Workshop
Integrity in Practice: An Introduction to Regenerative Leadership
Saturday, April 11 @4pm
Humanitarian leaders are asked to sustain others through some of the most difficult conditions in the world — often inside organizations that were never designed to sustain them in return. Over time, that gap between what we value and what we're asked to do can erode the very foundation we lead from. This 90-minute workshop is an invitation to come back to that foundation. Through reflection, guided practice, and community, participants will explore what it looks like to lead from values rather than survival — and leave with practical tools for navigating moral tension, staying grounded under pressure, and building the kind of leadership that sustains both themselves and the people they serve.
