Chahrazed Anane

Chahrazed Anane worked for over 15 years in humanitarian contexts across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe, mainly in protection and leadership roles.

Today, she is the founder of Humanitarian Career Consulting (HCC), where she supports humanitarian professionals -including many women - in navigating job search, career transitions, and leadership challenges in a rapidly changing sector.

Her work increasingly addresses the invisible impact of menopause on confidence, ambition, and career decisions. She advocates for normalising these conversations in high-performance sectors where women are often expected to “push through” silently.

In Spain, she also advises NGOs on leadership and workplace well-being, helping organisations create healthier and more sustainable professional environments.

She joins this summit to connect the dots between menopause, professional identity, and sustainable success.

Based in Barcelona, she works internationally.
